EMMIS Classic Rocker WLUP(97.9 THE LOOP)/CHICAGO brings back EDDIE WEBB for afternoon duties. WEBB was at THE LOOP from 1998-2000 and was just previously at BEASLEY AC KFRH/LAS VEGAS.
